All items are custom made as you order it. After your order is processed, no changes can be made to the order. does not issue refunds. Sorry, all sales are final.

Please contact us at for inquiries regarding exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please state the problem, order number, and a image of the whole item and a close up of the damaged/defective area and we will get back to you with instructions. The items must not be used.

Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item. We will not accept claims made after 10 days.
